  • Small restaurant, the noodle was good and it’s a pretty popular place, there’s normally at least one or two people waiting to be seated.

  • Phenomenal tsukemen here where they serve two different types of noodles in each order. One is white, thinner, and has a little less chew while the other is a thick, yellow, chewier noodle. Both are amazing. The fish and pork dipping broth is amazing and comes with chashu pork that’s been slightly charred with a torch before being served which adds an extra smoky depth to the meat and the broth. A must try for tsukemen lovers.

  • I highly recommend this amazing tsukemen restaurant. They use two different types of ramen noodles. The different diameters really create a unique dipping ramen experience. If you order the deluxe bowl, you get chashu, pork belly and shrimp wontons. The pork belly was succulent. I added a dash of chili powder and vinegar for my broth. They have an English written menu to order at the kiosk. Note this place is cash only.

  • This restaurant is located around a university and it gets very busy around lunch time, even on a weekday. The lineup wasn’t too long as we waited around 30 mins, and lineups kept on going even after we got inside. You first order the dish you want on a machine; and if you can’t read Japanese, they have an English menu. The server who greeted us was very friendly and was helpful when we had questions. After ordering through the machine and getting the tickets, you can choose your seat and give the tickets to the chef. I highly recommend getting their signature dipping ramen. The food came fairly quickly and the chefs were very happy when they gave us our food. The dipping ramen comes in thick or thin noodles, but I think you could ask for just thin or thick (not sure since we couldnt read Japanese). The ramen noodles were made fresh and very chewy, and the broth was so flavorful, yet wasn’t too salty. Make sure to not pour the whole soup inside the noodle bowl, you’re supposed to dip the noodles a bit at a time in the broth. After finishing, the chef let me try the soup with a zist of lemon which was also very refreshing. I had a great experience and highly recommend visiting! The lineups are worth it :) IG: Ayenomz

  • Lighter than most modern dipping sauces, but still very tasty. Ordered the large portion and the two types of noodles was a novel idea. Great egg and meat. Biggest issue was getting thru it all without dying and before the sauce cooled too much.

  • Polite staff, brought out a menu in English when they saw me standing outside translating the Japanese menu, then brought me a small guide to eating Tsukesoba, which was very helpful since I have never tried it before. To top off the service the noodles and soup were perfect: fresh and not over/undercooked.

  • Mostly locals eating here. The egg and noodle were delicious and bouncy. We prefer the soup that was on the top left most from the ordering machine.
